It’s been so exciting to watch new businesses pop up and fill Downtown Gilbert with character! We absolutely love that there’s always something new to check out. We’ve put together a list of some of our favorite new spots in downtown Gilbert, along with a few that are coming soon.
The Park at Ohso Brewery
We’ve been waiting for The Park at Ohso Brewery to open for a while now, and it finally is! Ohso Brewery was great on its own, but the addition of the park gives everyone more room. Think of it like hanging out in your friend’s awesome backyard where everyone can play, even the dogs!
They’ve got corn hole, an off-leash dog area and an arcade. There’s also a party pod you can reserve for events. We love heading over to The Park after work for a craft beer.
NYT Deli
As the name suggests, this is not your typical deli. The downtown Gilbert NYT Deli location is a pop-up behind The Farmhouse. The expansion still embraces the heart of NYT Deli by employing people on the Autism Spectrum who have struggled to find jobs elsewhere. So stop on by for a killer sandwich in Downtown Gilbert!
Gypsy Cup
There’s nothing we love more than sipping a delicious cocktail, except perhaps a great cup of coffee. If you’re in Downtown Gilbert, we highly recommend checking out Gypsy Cup where you can get both.
Their website advertises tasty drinks, light bites and local flavor for great vibes. We agree! The new brick and mortar location opened in May of this year, and residents are loving it. It’s a great place to catch up with a friend with coffee, cocktails, or both.
Coming Soon: Prep & Pastry
If you love brunch as much as we do, you’ve got to stop by Prep & Pastry when it opens. You can currently visit them in Scottsdale or Tucson, but we’re very excited to have a location just downstairs from the Thrive Coworking officecs. They’re anticipating opening later this fall, so get ready to enjoy delicious pastries and omelettes.
Coming Soon: The Collab
Combination spaces with food and retail have been trending in bigger cities, and we’re thrilled to have our very own in Gilbert! The Collab will be a 40,500-square-foot space housing restaurants, retail and office spaces in the Heritage District. Some of the first tenants of the space include:
