By laying out all of your tasks and being honest with yourself on how important each individual task is, you can allocate your time and energy accordingly. 

2. Use the Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that utilizes working in focused blocks of time, typically 25 minutes long, followed by a 5-minute break. By working in a time-structured flow, you can maintain higher levels of concentration and mental energy while preventing burnout.

Large, big picture goals are more attainable by breaking them down into smaller, manageable tasks. It’s kind of like having a recipe to go by.
