It’s been a big year here at Thrive Coworking for Women and we’re ready to closeout the decade on a high note! To celebrate, we thought we’d take a moment to applaud some major Thrive member wins of 2019. Let’s give it up for these badass women:

“Because of Thrive, I was able to get the support and motivation that I needed to start my own community, Conscious Couples and Kids. We’re all about connecting the family unit as a whole and also connecting other families together. I’m excited to host our first event in January 2020!” – Catriona Simental

“I manage a software development team and this year my team grew from 3 to 10 people. The thing I’m most proud of is that, during recent reviews, team members told me that they feel like they can always ask a question or share an idea. I’m happy to have created such an inclusive environment.” – Caitlin Kaphaem, Genesys

“I started a new collaboration with a local graphic designer, Teresa Villegas. And, I’ve also launched a new e-commerce project called Create Protest. It’s a marketplace for movements where we promote and sell merchandise that raises awareness around different political issues—it’s all created by activist artists.” – Julie Ray, Julie Ray Creative

“In August, we debuted two nursing pods at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport thanks to the awareness and efforts of Mayor Kate Gallego. Her involvement helped us to install two additional pods in the Phoenix Convention Center, and we also installed a pod inside the Walmart on Power and Ray here in Gilbert. This month, we celebrated our 1,000th pod placement as a company!” – Sharyn Martin, Mamava

“This year marks my first as a full-time freelancer, so needless to say, it’s been equal parts rewarding AF and absolutely terrifying. I wouldn’t change it for the world and I can’t wait to expand in a major way in 2020!” – Diana Brafford, Refined Zero
