Thrive Coworking for Women is a safe and welcoming space for all who identify as female, and that’s why “open” is one of our four core values.

We believe in non-discrimination. We believe in being willing to experience and staying open to perspectives that might be different than ours. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and a non-judgmental community of working women.

Our doors are open to those looking for a space to be productive and successful, where members can feel comfortable being themselves. We recognize that our membership is full of different perspectives and unique lived experiences—and we truly believe that makes our community stronger. At Thrive Coworking for Women, you can live your truth and honor your fellow coworker’s truth, too.

Some of our members have children, many of them don’t. Some of our members are outgoing and free-spirited, while others are more traditional or reserved. We’ve all been through hardship. We’ve all enjoyed our own version of success. Each one of us has our own perspective on life, work, money and politics—sometimes these perspectives align with a fellow Thrive member and sometimes they don’t. What’s important to us, as community leaders, is that our members are respectful of one another and remain open to accepting others as they are. We respect your beliefs, but we won’t tolerate hate speech.

Thrive Coworking for Women is made up of everything from creative entrepreneurs to healthcare professionals and service industry veterans. No matter your profession, no matter your perspective, you’ll find an open and welcoming community in our space.
