Fall is here, and Thanksgiving and the holidays are officially on the horizon. Looking to add some variety to your seasonal dessert line-up? Gilbert’s neighborhood sweets and treats purveyors have plenty of delish dishes in the works. Here are just a few of the fall delights that we can’t wait to try.

1. Pumpkin Spice Mini Marshmallows at Toasted Mallow

Pumpkin spice and everything nice—it’s what so many of our favorite fall treats are made of! At Toasted Mallow, these bite-sized marshmallows are perfect for snacking or dipping into your favorite hot chocolate. Snag a dozen for $8 and get ready to indulge in some serious sweetness.

2. Maple Harvest Roll at Cinnaholic Bakery

With a maple frosted topping and fresh apples and pecans, this is the best of the season packed into one delectable dessert. And here’s a lesser-known, kind of surprising factoid: Cinnaholic’s goods aren’t just delicious, they’re also made with high-quality, 100 percent plant-based ingredients!

3. Pumpkin Spice Churros at DULCE Churro Café

As if the cinnamon-sugar goodness of a churro weren’t enough of a delight, DULCE Churro Café has gone ahead and created a pumpkin spice version to celebrate fall’s foodie festivities, complete with pumpkin spice filling and dip—you know, because there’s never enough.

4. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies at The Great Gadsby Bakery

As soft and chocolate-y as you’d imagine, The Great Gadsby Bakery’s Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies are a fall tradition you’ll want to bring to your table year after year. And, why not take it a tasty step further by turning the cookies into ice cream sandwiches?

5. Brown Butter Salted Caramel Ice Cream at Creamistry

A sweet cream enriched with brownie bites, chocolate chips and brown butter salted caramel, customize this Creamistry dish as a scoop, NitroShake or Signature Creation. And, as always, one of the best parts of the entire experience is watching the frozen fall treat come together.
