Can you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your background and what you do?
Hi, my name is Ebony Green. I am a speech language pathologist and online course creator. I started my speech therapy practice, The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning in 2019. I started out just seeing clients on the side after school and on weekends, and then my practice grew exponentially. Today we have 40+ therapists and 80 non-speech therapy providers helping children with developmental disorders across Arizona. Our mission at The SPEAK Center is support parents and empower all kids, which rings true to our name SPEAK.
What Brought Them to Thrive
What initially drew you to join Thrive, and how did you hear about it?
I was initially drawn to Thrive because I thought it was amazing to have a co-working space dedicated to women. As a budding entrepreneur, I wanted to be in a room full of other women in business who understood what it was like to build something and go after your dreams. In addition to the supportive community, Thrive is such a beautiful space! I took my very first set of branding photos at Thrive and I still use them to this day!
Experience at Thrive
How has your experience been so far at Thrive, and what aspects do you enjoy the most?
My experience has been awesome! Because my business has grown so much I don’t get to come in as often. However, when I do, Braelyn is always so welcoming and the space still feels supportive and empowering. Every year my team meets at Thrive to have our strategic planning meeting. I think it’s symbolic and a great reminder of our growth to meet at the place where it all started.
Staying on Track with Work
How does Thrive help you stay on track with your work and professional goals?
Thrive really does help women Thrive. By providing a space that is community oriented for women, you can leave feeling inspired no matter how many days or how few days you work in the space. I try to visit once per quarter and it’s such a refreshing experience just to be in the space with other female creatives.

What advice or message would you like to share with your fellow Thrive members?
Stay connected, even if your business or career takes you down a different path. Thrive is often the first stepping stone to something bigger, but the community will always support you no matter what.
